STORE POLICY & AGREEMENT
PCI Micro Computer is a California Corporation which
distributes computer products in the internet through
PCIMICRO.COM.
Any binding contracts between customers with PCIMICRO.COM
are also binding with PCI Micro Computer. PCI Micro Computer shall be
referred to as PCIMICRO. Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without
notice. PCIMICRO is not responsible for errors in typography and/or
photography. Customers pays return shipping on all invoices except for DOA
claims or wrong shipment.
Pricewatch.com customers please note: PCIMICRO honors
all pricewatch.com prices on its website. If price varies, please use the
comment field to make a note when placing orders.
Store Hours:
Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm Pacific
Standard Time (PST). We also observe all National Holidays. No order processing on
Weekends and Holidays.
Order entered in our system before 12:00pm PST will be processed the same day.
Payment:
An order is not binding upon PCIMICRO until
it is accepted. PCIMICRO must receive payment before it
will accept an order. Customer may make payment by credit card, wire
transfer, or CODs pre-arranged with PCIMICRO.
International Credit Card
PCIMICRO will no longer accept international credit
card from customers. Orders placed will not be processed.
Shipping Charges and Sales Tax:
Merchandise shipped within California will be charged with
California Sales Tax. Shipping charges and Sales Tax will be shown on
Invoice. Additional charges will be applied to orders with incorrect/incomplete
address that result in additional routing charges by carries, and/or by refused
shipment.
Order Processing & Verification:
Orders that are entered into our system before 12:00pm
will be processed in the same day. Orders that are entered after 12:00pm will be
processed in the next business day. Processed orders will then be verified. If
there is no payment verification issues and items are in stock, orders will be
shipped. Verification issues such as incorrect billing info and different ship
to address may delay the verification process. Customer will then be contacted
by phone/email, customers are expected to respond to us by phone/email. PCIMICRO
will not ship any orders that are not processed or verified.
Standard Shipping Process:
Orders will be shipped within same to one business day. Orders
will be shipped either by UPS or USPS Confirmation mail whichever more
time efficient to customers.
Expedite Shipping Process:
3 days, 2 days and Next Day orders will be shipped same day.
Delay by Shipping Carriers:
PCIMICRO will not be responsible for any delivery
delayed by carriers. In the event of delays or lost packages, PCIMICRO will
assist customers in tracking packages shipped by UPS and USPS. We
are not liable for shipment delay caused by government order, lockouts, floods,
explosions, strikes, earthquakes and any other natural disaster beyond
reasonable control.
Back Orders:
If any of the items are out of stock, customers will be
contacted by phone/email immediately. Customers can then contact PCIMICRO by
phone/email. Customers shall have options to cancel the entire order, accept
partial shipment or cancel the back ordered items without any penalty.
Cross shipping:
Absolutely no cross shipment. Any DOA, wrong shipment,
warranty exchange, PCIMICRO will ship replacement product upon receipt of
returned product.
DOA (Dead On Arrival)
DOA claims must be files within 4 days with the
original shipping label upon receipt of shipment. Customer will obtain a return
shipping label from PCIMICRO and PCIMICRO will ship out
replacement products upon receipt of returned products. DOA
claims after the 4 days grace period will be handled as warranty
exchange (see Warranty Exchange & RMA below).
Wrong Shipment:
In the case of wrong shipment, customer will obtain a return
shipping label from PCIMICRO and PCIMICRO will ship out
replacement products upon receipt of returned products.
Credit:
All sales are final. Absolutely no refund after customers
receive shipments.
Change/Cancel Orders:
Customer can change or cancel order by phone/email as soon as
possible before order is shipped. Customer can check the status of an order
through the on-line "Order Tracking". Orders that has been shipped are
not subject to any change or cancellation. If customer refuses acceptance of
such package upon delivery, customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus
any additional shipping charges and then customer will be partially credited.
Exports by Buyers:
Buyers are responsible for custom, taxes and any related
expenses plus shipping and handling fee.
Limited Warranty:
All retail products carry a 12 months warranty. All OEM
product carry a 30 days warranty. Any product that carries more than 12 months
warranty should be dealt directly with manufacturer for service. For Retail Box
CPU and hard drives, PCIMICRO encourages customers to RMA it with
manufacturer directly because it saves turn around time which is more beneficial
to customers.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES PCIMICRO'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS
LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT SOLD. PCIMICRO SHALL NOT,
UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT,
INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATED TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS
WHICH EXCEEDS THE LIABILITY LIMIT. PCIMICRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD
PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS,
INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES,
WHETHER OR NOT PCIMICRO IS APPRISED OF THE POSSIBILTY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR
DAMAGES.
Warranty Exchange & RMA:
Customers are responsible to any returning freight charges.
For discontinued products, PCIMICRO reserves the rights to replace with
other compatible products. Any physical damage and abuse to any product will
void the product's warranty. For more information about how to obtain our RMA

Customer Invoices:
PCIMICRO will no longer issue invoice in our shipping
packages.
Customer can obtain such invoice by visiting our website. Simply login our
order tracking system, select the order and print your invoice.
Technical Support:
Technical support is provided via email only and is limited to
the products purchased from PCIMICRO. Email should contain the order
number, our part number and the question. Question such as "your product
does not work" without any detail will be ignored.
